Invenva is an inventory service for individuals and teams. This policy explains the information needed to run the service, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you. We never sell personal information.
Information we collect
Signing in with Apple or Google may provide your name, email address and profile photo. We store the inventory content you create, including items, quantities, movements, workspaces, tags, custom fields, locations, notes and item photos, plus profile photos and support messages. Push tokens enable alerts, locale settings format values, and barcode camera images are processed on the device and are not recorded. Apple DeviceCheck and Firebase App Check may verify genuine requests. This website does not add advertising or marketing analytics.
How we use and share information
We use information to operate, sync and secure Invenva, provide team roles and history, send enabled alerts, confirm subscriptions, improve reliability, prevent abuse and meet legal duties. Members of a shared workspace can see your name, profile photo, role and activity in that workspace; invite links initially grant view-only access. We do not sell data. Google Firebase provides authentication, database, storage, messaging, integrity checks and hosting; Apple provides sign-in, App Store payments and push delivery; RevenueCat manages subscription status. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or transferred with the service in a business transaction.
Storage, retention and your rights
Information is stored on Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure and may be processed in the United States or other countries with appropriate safeguards. We keep it while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Deleting your account removes personal data and workspaces you solely own, except limited records required by law; activity in a shared workspace may remain so the team history stays complete. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Account deletion is available in Settings.
Security, choices and contact
We use encrypted connections, authenticated access, workspace security rules and app-integrity checks, although no system can guarantee absolute security. Invenva is not intended for anyone under 16. Notifications can be disabled in device settings and App Store subscriptions are managed through Apple. We may update this policy and will change the date shown on this page.
