This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and withdrawals work for Invenva’s paid plans. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Purchases in the iOS app
Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are sold and billed by Apple, so refunds and withdrawals for them are decided and issued by Apple under its terms, not by us. You can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, and requests to withdraw from a purchase, where the law allows them, also go to Apple. Apple may ask us about the purchase; how we may answer is described in section 6 of our Terms of Service and section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
Purchases on our website
Subscriptions bought on invenva.com are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record, and the charge on your statement appears as Paddle. Refunds and withdrawals for them are handled by Paddle under Paddle’s Refund Policy: you can ask Paddle for a refund at paddle.net or through the support link in your receipt email. Paddle’s Refund Policy currently allows refund requests within 14 days of the payment, which Paddle may grant at its discretion, and some consumers have a statutory right to withdraw. We may also, at our discretion, ask Paddle to refund a payment. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, Paddle handles the dispute, and we may give Paddle information about the purchase and your use of the Service for it.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time: an App Store subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings, at least 24 hours before it renews to avoid the next charge, and a website subscription from the settings of the web app or from the link in Paddle’s receipt email, before its renewal date. After you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app or your Invenva account does not cancel a subscription. The unused part of a period is not refunded, unless the law or this policy requires it.
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you are not charged when you cancel before it ends; for a trial started in the iOS app, cancel at least 24 hours before the end. When a trial ends without being cancelled, the subscription starts and the first payment is taken.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights that mandatory consumer law gives you. If you have a question about a charge, write to support@invenva.com.
