Questions, answered
Is Invenva free?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 20 items and 20 stock actions, with barcode scanning, alerts and reports. Pro removes both limits and adds team access, import and exports.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything you do is saved on the phone and syncs when you are back online. A stockroom with no signal is not a problem.
Can my team use it together?
Yes, with Pro. Invite people with a code or a link. New members start as viewers; you decide who can move stock and who manages the team.
Can I import my existing Excel list?
Yes. Import an .xlsx or CSV file, match the columns once and every item arrives with its opening stock. Duplicates are skipped.
How does barcode scanning work?
Point the camera at a product. If the barcode is known, the item opens; if not, you add it on the spot. Products without a barcode can get a printable label from the app.
Does it work on a computer?
Yes. Invenva runs in any browser at invenva.com/app and on iPhone and iPad, with the same account and the same data everywhere. Android phones can use the web app in the browser.
Is my data safe?
Data is stored encrypted in Google Cloud, access is limited to your workspace, and you can delete your account and all of its data at any time from Settings.
Can I try it without an account?
Yes. The demo opens a sample shop in your browser with no sign-up, so you can click through stock, counts, orders and reports before you create an account.
